BROMSGROVE Hockey Club First XI will be without four key players as they re-start their season.
Julian Court's side host Evesham this Saturday, the team who beat them 9-1 in the last competitive fixture of 2003.
But they will start the game without Mark and Clive Robinson, Marcus Dawson and Ben Husbands, all missing with work or holiday commitments.
And that means the skipper is expecting a tough match, although he knows his players must be doing something right to sit second in West Midlands One.
He said: "It's going to be tough on Saturday but if we fight you never know.
"We are second in the table at half way and you don't become second for nothing and you have got to take all the positives out. We must be a decent side to be second and we have got to believe in ourselves."
