JAN Molby has told his Kidderminster Harriers players to be fully focused on tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash against high-flying Mansfield Town at Field Mill.

The Aggborough director of football does not want his troops to be distracted from their top priority this season which is to avoid relegation.

Harriers are currently 17th in the table eight points away from the dreaded drop zone.

Their relegation fears, however, have been pushed into the background recently due to the high profile attention they have received for their FA Cup third round tie with Wolves which resumes at Molineux next Tuesday following last Saturday's 1-1 draw at Aggborough.

But Molby is convinced Harriers will be able to put the replay out of their minds against a free-scoring Mansfield side who are fourth in the table.

He said: "We managed to keep the players focused for the league games before the first Wolves match and I think we can separate the next two matches and concentrate on Mansfield first. It's one of massive importance.

"You only have to look at Mansfield's home record and the way they are scoring goals. They are a real free-flowing side and that's going to be extremely difficult for us. I know that and I think the players do too.

"They are experienced enough. They have enjoyed the attention they had over the weekend, but I think they are sensible enough to know that it's going to be a really difficult game for us tomorrow.

"Mansfield's aim this season is to get automatic promotion. They have some good quality players and have got a lot of movement and pace.

"Everybody who has played them this season says that the one outstanding thing about them is the pace in their side."

Harriers, who won 2-1 at home to Mansfield on the opening day of the season thanks to two goals from Bo Henriksen, could be without Danny Williams for the first time this term tomorrow.

The midfielder is struggling to overcome a twisted knee which forced him to be replaced by substitute Matt Gadsby at half time against Wolves.

Lee Jenkins (knee) remains on the casualty list while Adam Murray is available after moving to Aggborough recently on an 18 month contract.

Harriers, however, will be without striker Andy White who is on loan from Mansfield who do not want him to play against them.

Recent signing Jesper Christiansen is available to make his home league debut after making an encouraging start to his Aggborough career against Wolves.
