BUTCHERS will be showing the finest of their produce at an annual awards event organised by the Meat and Livestock Commission.
The event, formerly held at the Three Counties Showground, is now hosted by Worcester Rugby Club.
Butchers in Shropshire can also now enter, together with those from Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
The event is on Wednesday, January 21.
Heart of England Fine Foods is also challenging butchers and speciality sausage makers to enter the 2004 West Midlands Tastiest Sausage Competition in Birmingham at the end of the month.
