COUNCILLORS are to consider an application to convert a Malvern property into five apartments next week.
Temeside Properties hopes to convert a house at 52 Graham Road into flats and demolish an existing garage to provide off-road parking.
As reported by the Malvern Gazette & Ledbury Reporter in October, the plans have caused concern to those living nearby who fear that it is over-development and will lead to traffic congestion.
It is being recommended for approval by the southern area planning committtee on Wednesday (December 17).
