AN application to build a bungalow in Malvern Link could be approved on Wednesday.
Outline consent to build on the site at 9 Redwing Close was refused in July.
Revised plans were then submitted, but a decision on these was deferred at a planning meeting in October to allow concerned residents living nearby the full notification period for the application.
Since then, 21 representations have been received by Malvern Hills District Council.
The application, which has been recommended for approval, will be considered by the southern area planning committee on Wednesday (December 17).
