PLANS for a new detached house in Leigh Sinton have been refused.
Malvern Hills district councillors visited the site at Leigh Sinton Farm and decided that any more building would be over-development and that the property should not be built.
Planning officers had recommended that the application should be granted, saying the new property would not impact on neighbouring houses.
