WORCESTERSHIRE County Council is planning a further rise in Council Tax but says it will not be as big as in previous years.
Budget proposals will be put before the council's cabinet on Friday (Decem-ber 19) and council leader George Lord said the authority would be looking for a rise of less than seven per cent, following this year's 12.97 per cent.
