STAFF at the Gas Appliance Showroom in Worcester Road, Malvern, were basking in the glow of success this week.
A giant papier-mch snowman, a snow-covered landscape and a roaring gas fire were part of the display that earned them the top prize in this year's Winter Wonderland Christmas Window Display competition, organised by Malvern Town Council.
Staff member Laura Knibb said: "We are really happy to have won. It is the first time we've entered the competition and we didn't really know what to expect.
"We got inspiration from the song, and thought a roaring fire was very appropriate in our case.
"It took us a good few hours to put the display together. Me and my mum made the snowman at home. We were well chuffed."
Travel agents Easytravel, on Worcester Road, were runners-up, while third place went to Forget-Me-Not on Belle Vue Terrace.
Forget-Me-Not's entry was an outdoor scene featuring a pond surrounded by ducks, chickens and snowmen.
"I'm pleased that we won a prize. It's really nice if lots of shops join in, it makes the area look nice," said shop owner Lin Tombs.
A presentation to the winners will take place at the town council offices, Belle Vue Terrace, on Tuesday (December 16) at 7pm.
