Anything that slows down the traffic is welcome. Parked vehicles don't cause accidents, moving ones do.
M Bell suggests using other protest methods. What other way can one protest? Strategic parking works 24 hours a day and costs nothing.
With the police attitude to traffic law enforcement, it's a wonder how few communities have arranged strategic parking. Power to the people is my motto - strategic parking in every village high street!
