ST Laurence's Church in Bidford will be swamped with Christmas trees this weekend for the sixth annual Christmas Tree Festival in the village.
Groups and individuals from around Bidford will be decorating the trees tonight and tomorrow night ready for viewing this Saturday and Sunday.
They will compete for cash prizes in five categories - business, group, adult, children and unassisted children, with a cup for the best overall tree.
Organisers are expecting the festival to be an extremely popular event this year after having the maximum number of trees, 40, entered at the beginning of November.
The festival runs from 12noon to 6pm both days, with the usual tea and cakes on offer and a raffle and prizes presented to the winners on Sunday evening.
There will be an admission charge of £2 for adults, 50p for children aged 12 to 16 and free for under 12s.
All profits will go towards general church funds.
