A DOZEN hardy members of Evesham Wheelers set out from Evesham in cold but bright conditions for Sun-day's weekly run.
The faster A run, led by Martyn Cole, left via Hampton, Charlton, and Fladbury, while Carol Hall led a steadier B run on a shorter route via Chadbury.
Both runs continued through Bishampton picking up three more riders on the way with the two groups merging at North Piddle to continue through Huddington, Shernal Green, Droitwich and Elmbridge before arriving at Webb's Garden Centre, Wychbold for elevenses.
Three more members joined the run and a group of 18 riders took to the lanes for the return journey through Astwood, Hanbury, Bradley Green, Inkberrow and the Lenches to complete 46 chilly miles.
Anyone who, like us has put a new bike at the top of their Christmas list, will be welcome to join us in the new year when three runs, catering for all abilities from beginner to racer, will be leaving the High Street at 9am.
This Sunday's run will incorporate a lunch stop at the Kings Arms at Mickleton.
