IT will be business as usual at a Pershore engineering company following a management buyout.
Winstanley & Co, based on Racecourse Road, has been bought out for an undisclosed sum by a management team led by its managing director Jerry King.
Mr King, aged 45, has been at the helm of the company as MD for 14 years. "It will be business as usual - and better," he said.
Products from the company's traction division include train carriage and drivers' cab interiors, air conditioning duct work and train carriage door systems. The firm's waste division makes baling machines, can sorting conveyors, shredders and waste handling and recycling equipment.
Winstanley moved to Pershore in 1968.
