Redditch Petty Sessions - Indecent Language. William Pratt, labourer, Park Gate, Bromsgrove, was charged with using indecent language at Alvechurch on November 28th.
Pc Bennett, who proved the case, said the offence arose out of a dispute over a football match and defendant continued to use very bad language after witness had cautioned him.
The chairman remarked there could not be a football match without a dispute.
A fine of 2s 6d and 9s costs was imposed.
