DEAR EDITOR - Further to your headline in last week's Advertiser/Messenger, may we add our suggestions to the growing list.
Namely, that Bromsgrove tries to attract Marks and Spencer or Sainsbury's to invest in the town.
With the increasing importance of Bromsgrove as a busy commuter town, with a growing population of busy professional people, we feel that a Marks and Spencer Simply Food or a small town centre Sainsbury's would meet market demands and attract further high quality shops to the area.
At the moment we would hazard a guess that this money is currently being spent in Birmingham, Solihull or Worcester and shortly, Waitrose at Droitwich Spa!
We are delighted that this situation is taking place and heartily endorse the suggestions already made.
