KINGSLEY College is celebrating after achieving the prestigious Investors in People award.
The award is a rigorous assessment of how an establishment treats and trains its workforce.
A Kingsley College spokesman said: "During its short life the college has already been subjected to significant external scrutiny - namely the Ofsted inspection and bid for Specialist College Status.
"The success of the bid and excellent inspection results are viewed as the rewards for a period of intensive work in developing the ethos and the team at the college.
"The Investors in People award is a further recognition of the teamwork and leadership that is focused on continuous improvement and establishment of excellence."
