COUNTY council chairman Edward Sheldon has embarked on a promotional tour to let residents around Worcestershire understand the vital and varied work carried out by the authority.
The councillor was at the County Museum at Hartlebury Castle last week, where he looked in on a series of workshops being held at the venue.
He said: "It was thoroughly enjoyable and the museum is an asset to both the county and the West Midlands as a whole."
Councillor Sheldon will be visiting locations in Wyre Forest on December 11 to look at the county's role in education, social services, libraries and highways.
