The October meeting began with Autumn and Harvest readings by Tigger-T-Boo Theatre Company, in a candlelit Broadwaters Mill.
The next meeting is on November 12 at Broadwaters Inn, when a stall at the Victorian Christmas Fair on December 13 will be discussed.
There will be carol singing in the mill on December 21 at 4pm, led by members of St Oswald's Church.
Meetings of this group, whose aim is to improve the area, are held once a month.
