There will be two rides on Sunday. The A ride, leaving The Green, Blakebrook, Kidderminster, at 9am, is to The Bird on the Rock, near Clungunford.
At 9.30am the B ride will leave from the same venue, heading for Tinkers Cross, near Broadheath.
All cyclists will be welcome, and should take a packed lunch.
On Tuesday the annual meeting will be held at New Meeting House, Church Street, Kidderminster, doors open at 7.30pm.
