On Friday, October 24, at Holy Innocents community hall, Kidderminster, chairman Graham Kiteley will present an up-dated version of a programme he devised several years ago.
With the assistance of Graham and June Edwards, and Bob Drew, a dramatic realisation of 18th century social life and events will unfold, based on the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and Hyde Park in London, and culminating in Handel's Music for the Royal Fireworks.
Gardens of Fire will begin at 7.30pm. Non-members will be most welcome, for a nominal entrance fee, which includes interval tea/coffee.
For further details of this or future events, contact vice-chairman Von Stewart on 01562 755990.
