MOTORSPORT: The Worcestershire Grass-track Club stage the Midland Centre Championships on Sunday at Offerton Farm, Hind-lip, near Worcester.
Competition for the four solo and two sidecar classes will be hard going as a good entry has again been recorded.
A top quality 1000cc sidecar event sees five of the country's top crews in action in a field of 12. Chester's Gary Jackson, Cumbrian Rod Winterbure and current British Masters champion, Rob Bradley of York head the list.
Locals, Chris Salisbury, Tony Starke and Scott Francis will form part of the battle in the 500cc sidecars, while solo entries include; Jack Hargreaves, Tim Nobes, Lewis Denham, Martin Williams, Mark and Neil Taylor, Rob Fortune, Nigel and Pete Newman.
Admission is £7 for adults with consessions for OAP's and children with the U12's free.
Racing starts at 1pm with practice at 11am.
