AT WOODSTON Manor, Stourport angler Dave Lewis narrowly won on the Swallow Pool with 65lb of carp.
Lewis fed caster with worm hookbait at 13 metres and in the margins to take carp to 10lb.
Last season's aggregate winner, Tim Jones, closed in on Lewis in the last hour but Lewis took a final fish at the end to win by just 5oz.
Result: Lewis 65-10, Jones 65-5, Warren Jennings 44-10, Steve Cleavely 40-8, Martin Tayloe 34-8, Roger Butler 23-4.
