A TOWN centre pub is undergoing a massive £150,000 revamp.
Visitors to Yates's will be able to watch the latest live sporting events and music videos on four multimedia plasma screens in modern and contemporary surroundings.
The Alcester Street venue closed on Sunday for the work to be carried out and will re-open at 5pm on Friday, October 24.
Manager Rich Upton said: "The old look is being completely kicked into touch and will be replaced with modern contemporary furniture.
"There will also be the multimedia plasma screens showing live sporting events, important media coverage as it breaks and music videos in different zone areas."
The venue has obtained a children's licence which will come into effect as soon as it re-opens.
It has a late licence until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and is open until midnight on Thursdays.
