A WORKING artist helped tots at Tardebigge First School create magical landscapes in a two-day project.
Dave Gunning was invited along to the Church Lane school to help youngsters with their studies in art. Working on large sheets of paper, which were pinned to boards, Dave taught the children a range of techniques to create captivating scenes of the local church.
Headteacher Sue Helps said: "It was a brilliant experience for all the children who took part in the project.
"Some of the end results were extremely sophisticated for the age of the youngsters who produced it. They are really wonderful."
The work will go on display in St Bartholomew's Church and inside the school.
Dave, who visited the school last Tuesday and Wednesday, was recently presented with an honorary degree from the University of Wolverhampton.
