LEARNING is being made fun with the opening of a new room at a Bromsgrove first school.
Tots at Meadows First School in Stourbridge Road are being encouraged to take advantage of their new nurture room, which was opened last Friday by chairman of governors David Wetton. The room contains books, games computers and stereos and is a place where children can learn outside of the traditional classroom environment.
David said: "At Meadows we believe that the inclusion agenda is about giving every child the best possible start to their school life.
"The nurture room is yet another initiative we have taken to support this belief."
Headteacher Pam Townsend expressed her thanks to the staff who have worked hard to make the nurture room a success.
