LOWLY Ludlow Town managed their first win in six games at The Coors Stadium after three quick second half goals against the Churchmen last night.

Alvechurch, who had not lost an away game in their last six, started the better and Keith Rostill put the Churchmen in front after 65 minutes.

But the Shropshire outfit came back strong and grabbed three goals late on.

Despite his horror injury against Oldbury United at the weekend, Brett Fitzpatrick started the game but could not alter the scoreline.

Alvechurch co-boss Neil Bryant said: "We basically fell apart at the exact point where we should have been pushing on to win the game. It was just not good enough.

"The way in which we conceded the last two goals - we tried to play the off-side trap - but the Ludlow strikers were clearly on," he added.
