DROITWICH Spa Hockey Club Men's First XI go in search of their first win of the season this Saturday when they entertain Yardley (12 noon).
Barry Williams' side has taken one point from their first two west Midlands division one games after a 4-4 draw with Evesham and last Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Stone. Williams scored the opening goal in that game, but Stone had equalised before the break and won it with a penalty ten minutes from time.
But, despite the result, the skipper was pleased with the display. He said: "It was a hard game and we played well. It was a good performance."
