A blooming good show is planned by Droitwich Flower Club for next month.
Staged by the Mayor of Droitwich Spa, Councillor Jan Bolton, the flower arranging night will have a Christmas theme. The demonstrator will be Maureen Gillman.
During the evening there will be a table sale of floral arrangements - one of which will be raffled.
All funds raised will go to the Mayor's charities: The Norbury Theatre and The Droitwich Army Cadets of the Royal Hussars.
The event will take place on Tuesday, November 25, at 7.30pm at The Norbury Theatre, Friar Street, Droitwich.
Tickets cost £5.50, including a glass of sherry and mince pie, and are available from the Mayor's secretary, Pam Briar, on 01905 774258.
