Callow End's new post office is enjoying a successful trade, according to its operator.
Since opening on August 1, after a long-running battle fought by residents of the village, the new post office, attached to the Blue Bell pub, in Upton Road, is attracting a number of customers.
Paul Curnock, who runs the post office with his wife Ann, said: "So far trade has been very successful, we are not only attracting customers from the village itself, passers-by call in to use our service too. We are very pleased."
