Martin Madkins defeated league newcomer Tang Ning Chi to win his three games.

Also in Division One, Steve Horton won three to help RBI to a 6-4 victory over Bewdley CC.

Bewdley Institute A, promoted from Division Two, found the going tough and went down 10-0 to Harriers A.
