COUNTRYSIDE rangers will be giving guided walks of Queenswood Country Park's arboretum in celebration of its Golden Jubilee this year.
The walks take place at the park, between Leominster and Hereford, on Saturday, October 11, Sunday, October 26, and Sunday, November 2 at 2pm.
Fungi enthusiast James Bisset is also giving people a chance to find out more about edible fungi on Sunday, October 19 with a walk from 10.30am to 1pm.
He will lead another guided walk to celebrate Seed Gathering Sunday in the afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.
The final event in the park's programme of jubilee events is an art activity for youngsters on Monday, October 27 from 11.30am to 1.30pm.
The park is at the top of Dinmore Hill on the A49 Hereford to Leominster road.
