A HAVE-a-go-hero landlord was dragged outside and left with a cut head after struggling with two burglars who stole cash from his pub.
Gordon Collins, the proprietor of the Monkey House, in Woodmancote, Defford, near Pershore, heard noises downstairs in his pub, at around 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 7.
On investigation, he discovered two burglars behind the bar, and while trying to restrain them, was pulled outside where he hit his head on some railings.
One of the offenders is described as between 5ft 7in and 5ft 8in tall, of stocky build and wearing a balaclava.
