THE One Stop Shop office in Redditch Town Hall is stopping its late-night Thursday opening time after a review.
The office increased its opening hours for a trial period from May after customer feedback.
The late-night opening will end from October 13 but the more popular Saturday morning will continue.
A council spokesman said: "The increased opening hours on Saturdays allow greater numbers of residents to access services, gain information and advice on council services, get help with completing forms and view planning applications.
"In addition to the change in opening hours, appointments can now be arranged with One Stop Shop advisers and customers' inquiries are being fast tracked where possible."
