The protection of employment conditions for staff at five old people's home will be discussed by Herefordshire Council's ruling cabinet.
The council is considering transferring the management of the homes to Shaw Homes HA Ltd. They include Leadon Bank in Ledbury and Froome Bank in Bromyard.
The meeting takes place at the council offices at Brockington, Hafod Road, Hereford, on Thursday, October 9.
Also on the agenda are Boundary Commission proposals to change parliamentary constituencies in the county.
