POLICE closed a road in Powick after a collision involving two cars.
The Malvern Road from Lower Wick towards Powick was closed after a VW Polo and a Citron Saxo collided at about 8.15pm on Thursday (September 25).
Both drivers were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The male VW driver was later discharged while and the female Saxo driver was treated for her injuries, which were said not to be life threatening.
The Malvern Road was reopened by 10pm.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the crash to contact them on 08457 444 888, quoting 570S/ 250903.
