TONY Blair (right) is still allowing himself to be unofficially advised by Peter Mandelson.

If the people one chooses to have around oneself is a reflection of personal judgement, perhaps Blair's judgement is in question?

His only mitigating excuse must be that remaining numbers of the New Labour original court have dwindled to Blair, Mandelson and everyone's friendly bruiser, Dr Reid.

The media still wheels out Mandelson for expert comment for inexplicable reasons. I'd be more convinced listening to Mr Blunkett's dog.
