AFTER shopping at Sainsbury's in Kidderminster, and stopping for a meal, we found it impossible to obtain a black cab at 3.45pm.
We were told, by three taxi companies, that a black cab would only be available between 5pm and 6pm.
So how does a disabled person manage to get around?
We have been told that whatever we want is possible? We don't believe a word of it.
No-one asks to become disabled, so come on people, be fair and help the disabled.
