AS a coach driver I am intrigued by the statement made by Andrew Dickens, head of commercial services for Wyre Forest, when talking about the price of parking a coach in Bewdley ( Coach fees hit town say traders, Shuttle/Times and News, September 18)
He was quoted as saying coaches take up three regular car spaces so the price is relative.
Yes, they do Mr Dickens, but three cars would probably carry no more than six passengers, while a coach will carry 53-57 passengers.
It is no surprise with this calibre of economic calculation Council Tax is so high.
