PLANS are afoot to develop a small housing estate on the site of Tanners Croft garage in Evesham Road, Headless Cross.
The two-acre site, currently occupied by Hardings Coaches, could be used to build 41 houses.
Meanwhile Hardings is moving elsewhere in Redditch, probably within a year.
The planning application has been submitted by David Wilson Homes.
