THE sale of a prestigious new flagship office building in Redditch is set to bring 40 jobs to the area.
Alpha Healthcare has paid close to the £1.2 million asking price for Croft House, a 8,253 sq ft, two storey office building on Moons Moat Drive, North Moons Moat.
Joint agents were Bigwood incorporating Smith Balla, of Birmingham, and John Truslove, of Redditch, who acted on behalf of Morcroft Property Development Ltd, of Chipping Camden.
Douglas Bonham, of Bigwood Smith Balla, said: "Croft House is in an unmissable location, close to Ravensbank Business Park and we are delighted the building has been taken by prestigious clients such as Alpha Healthcare."
John Truslove said: "Redditch's central UK position and the fast access available to the motorway network meant Croft House attracted significant interest from companies looking for a central location."
Morcroft Property Development Ltd specialises in prestigious office schemes.
Other projects include a 17,000 sq ft commercial development at Springfield Business Park.
