DEAR EDITOR -- I see, regarding the Lickey End Parish Council saga, Mr Calloway is extolling the benefits of a parish council yet again. Could he possibly list what they are and the estimated cost?
We are all aware that the only paid person on the parish council is the parish clerk who enjoys a four-figure salary for holding four meetings a year.
As Mr Calloway is the parish clerk for Stoke Prior, he will have all these details to hand. There should not be a problem.
