FAIRFIELD Villa were sent tumbling out of the Worcestershire FA Junior Cup at the first hurdle, losing 2-0 at Bewdley Town.
Cliff Hughes' side dominated the early exchanges and controlled the play and after 20 minutes had a goal wiped out for a close offside decision.
Fifteen minutes later the hosts took the lead from a right wing corner.
Villa again enjoyed the great amount of possession in the second period without ever really looking dangerous. They were caught out eight minutes from time when, pushing forward for an equaliser, they were left exposed at the back and Bewdley scored their second.
