CONGLETON Town defeated Hucknall Town 3-2 after extra time to set up an FA Cup Third Qualifying Round date with Bromsgrove Rovers.
North West Conties division one Congleton and Hucknall, second in the Northern Premier, drew 1-1 last Saturday and were 2-2 at the end of normal time last night.
Rovers boss George Rooney and chairman Tom Herbert were both at the game to see their potential opponents first hand.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, October 11, and replaces the Dr Martens Western match with Team Bath.
