HANDS-ON activities were taken a step further at an open day by an organisation that runs activities for young people throughout Worcester.
Body moulding, in which youngsters were able to use a special putty to make replicas of body parts such as hands, was one of the activities on offer at Worcester Action for Youth's open day.
WAY arranges for activity co-ordinators to stage events at youth centres across Worcester, and the activity day at the Green Centre on Gresham Road, Dines Green, was a chance to show off what is on offer.
"Because the events are staged at different youth centres they are associated with that youth centre, but this was a chance for us to show off," said Lisa Whittaker, WAY co-ordinator.
Other activities on show included drum circles, in which a group drumming performance using different percussive instruments.
Workshops in photography, graffiti, drama and mosaic making were also run during the day on Sunday, September 28.
