APPEAL: Concern is growing for a man who has been missing from his home in Malvern for almost a month.

Christopher Scully was last seen leaving his house in Davenham Close at 10.30am on Friday, August 29.

The 25-year-old has a slight American accent, is 6ft tall, of very slim build, with blue eyes and short brown/red hair.

When he disappeared he was wearing a red, white and blue rugby shirt, blue jeans and dark trainers.

Mr Scully went missing for two weeks earlier this year and has been known to sleep rough in the Malvern Hills.

"As we have now visited known places that he frequented, there is now greater concern for his welfare," said a spokesman for Worcester Police.

"We would, therefore, ask anyone who knows anything regarding his whereabouts to contact us on 08457 444888 quoting 74C/290803."

Clock theft

CRIME: Antiques dealers should be on the lookout after thieves made off with an unusual clock and a set of scales in two unrelated incidents.

The clock, a Vienna wall clock about 3ft 6ins tall with a walnut fronted case, turned detail and a horse on top was stolen from a house in Bodenham, north of Hereford, between 9.55pm on Wednesday, September 24 and 7.30am the next day.

The antique scales and a silver plated cross-shaped dish were stolen from a house in Wilcroft in Monkland, near Leominster.
