POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a boy in his teens which happened on Hereford's Great Western Way at about 12.55pm on Monday, September 22.
The offender, described as a black man in his 30s, 6ft tall, and wearing a green and white hooded top, approached the boy and assaulted him.
Police believe there were several people in the area at the time, including a woman and two men, and are appealing for any witnesses to contact Det Sgt Richard Rees on 08457 444888.
