DUNCAN Roke has targeted 30 points from Worcester Rugby Club's final six games.

The full-back, back in his favoured 15 shirt last Saturday in the Powergen Shield defeat to Exeter, believes that the Sixways side cannot afford any more slip-ups if they are to have any chance of promotion.

"We've got to win all of our remaining games," he said. "We also have to score four tries in each one and pick up 30 more points.

"If we do that we stand a chance but we also need Bedford, Orrell or Exeter to do us a favour against Rotherham in the remaining games."

Worcester lead the table by three points but victory for Rotherham today at Bedford would put them top with still a game in hand on the Warriors.

But after Orrell's win over Rotherham on Saturday, in the shield competition, Roke is hoping that their run-in could be tricky.

"Before the end of the season they have to go to Orrell," added Roke. "We'd love them to beat them again obviously and they've showed they are capable of doing that. We've lost out to Exeter in our semi-final so we know they are a good side especially at home. Rotherham still have to travel there so it's not going to be easy for them.

"Exeter's defence is very strong and if they can perform then who knows?"

Despite Saturday's defeat, the semi-final was a personal triumph for Roke who took the eye in the second half.

"It was great to be back at full back," he added.

"I've been playing at centre recently because of all the injuries at the club but I really enjoyed myself back in my position."
