LUTON Town have been fined £20,000 for failing to turn up for their Third Division clash at Kidderminster last month.
The Hatters announced they would not travel to Aggborough on December 1 after an injury crisis but have now agreed to pay the Football League disciplinary panel's fine and have offered compensation to Harriers.
League spokesman John Nagle said: "The onus to fulfil the fixture rests with clubs.
"However the panel felt a fine rather than a points deduction was the most appropriate penalty in the circumstances."
