BARNT Green Cricket Club First XI are involved in a tense battle to land the Birmingham and District premier division title.
Just 19 points separate the top five teams with three games left.
On Monday, Green suffered a narrow one-wicket home defeat to Moseley. After being dismissed for 218, with Richard Hall hitting 78, Moseley scraped over the line with 222-9.
Last Saturday, Green posted 258-8 against Cannock but left it late before skittling them for 128. Richard Illingworth took 7-24 to add to his 5-60 48 hours earlier.
