A SUMMER fling is being held at Bromsberrow village hall on Saturday, August 2, from 7pm, organised by Bromesberrow Gardening & Social Club. It will include a picnic (take your own supper and liquid refreshment) and this will be followed by a barn dance. Tickets are £5 per person payable in advance or on the night. The annual trip to Shrewsbury Flower Show is planned for Saturday, August 16.
Forthcoming events in the village also include a whist drive on July 24 and bingo on July 25 both at Bromesberrow village hall.
There will be prayer book evensong at St Mary's Church, Bromesberrow, at 6pm on the third Sunday in July and August.
