REDS manager Rod Brown continued to reinforce his weakened squad with the signing of Jimmy Quiggan last night.

The striker featured regularly in the Conference for Hereford last season but has been in and out of the Yeltz team this season.

Quiggan, who started out at Boldmere, moved from Edgar Street to the Grove along with Rob Elmes in the summer but lost his place after suffering a bruised toe and failed to eran a regular recall.

He is available to make his Reds debut at home to Bedworth tomorrow.

And Brown can speak to Bromsgrove Rovers forward Richard Burgess early next week when a seven day approach expires.

Rovers joint manager Gary Hackett wants to keep the forward, who has fallen victim of the club's rotation policy this season.

"Richard has been rested for a game or two, the same as Paul Danks and Les Palmer and I wouldn't expect him to be happy with that," said the former Redditch number two.

"But he is part of our plans and we want him to stay."
